Managing the Tidii waitlist
We use your email address and related waitlist information to:
- register your interest in Tidii;

- contact you with relevant development, availability, beta or launch information.
Legal basis: your consent, collected through the waitlist form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Optional household information and feedback may be used to understand who is interested in Tidii and which household management problems potential users consider most important.
Legal basis: your consent when you voluntarily provide this information as part of your waitlist registration.
Website analytics
Where you have consented to analytics, we may use analytics data to understand how people discover Tidii, which parts of the landing page are useful, whether visitors interact with the waitlist, which campaigns generate interest, and how the landing page can be improved.
Legal basis: your consent. Analytics will not be activated before that consent has been provided, and you can change your choice through the analytics settings link in the footer.
Website security and operation
Limited technical information may be processed where reasonably necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and prevent abuse.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functioning website.
5. Who processes your information?
We use third party service providers where necessary to operate Tidii.
Tally
We use Tally BV to provide and process the waitlist form. Tally acts as a data processor on our behalf for form submissions. Tally states that form data is stored in Europe according to its current data processing documentation.
PostHog
If analytics are enabled and you consent to them, we may use PostHog for website analytics. Tidii uses PostHog's European Union data region where configured.
We do not intentionally send email addresses, free text waitlist responses or sensitive household information to PostHog.
Hosting and infrastructure
The Tidii website may use Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, security and related infrastructure.
Service providers are permitted to process personal data only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to applicable contractual and data protection requirements.
6. International transfers
We prefer providers and configurations that allow personal data to be processed within the European Economic Area where reasonably possible. Some service providers or their subprocessors may nevertheless process information outside the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will rely on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard recognized under applicable data protection law.
7. How long do we keep your information?
Waitlist data
We keep your waitlist information while Tidii is under development and while the waitlist remains relevant. We will delete your waitlist information if you withdraw your consent.
Unless another lawful reason applies, waitlist information will also be deleted when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the waitlist and launch process and, in any event, no later than 12 months after Tidii becomes publicly available.
If you later create a Tidii account, information associated with that account will be governed by the privacy notice applicable to the Tidii application. Limited records may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
Analytics data
Analytics information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to understand use of the landing page and validate interest in Tidii. Where possible, aggregated or anonymous information may be retained without identifying individual visitors.
Technical and security data
Technical logs are retained for the periods reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, subject to the retention practices of our infrastructure providers.

If you choose to join, we need an email address so that we can register you and contact you about Tidii. Any household profile questions or qualitative feedback are optional unless explicitly marked otherwise.

- correct inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- restrict certain processing;
- object to certain processing;

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) or, where applicable, another competent European supervisory authority.

13. Selling personal information
We do not sell personal information collected through the Tidii waitlist. We use it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
14. Changes to this Privacy Notice
Tidii is still under development, so the way we process information may change as the product evolves. When this Privacy Notice changes, we will update the date shown at the top.
